Known for her selfless nature, but more importantly her standards. She has a great ability to form genuine and intimate connections with people which is fuelled by her desire to make sure that the world we live in has heart and thrives. She is motivated, driven, passionate and has a very discerning nature about her. She is graceful and composed in every action however is also fierce and a force to be reckoned with. Tanya is approachable and has an inquisitive mind. If things stop for a moment Tanya ensures that the momentum is never lost and she instils hope into the hearts of those she comes into contact with. Tanya is encouraging, kind, loving and has the ability to be objective in all situations. Her ability to rationalise and calculate effectively is no doubtable noticed by all.

The journey you go on is just a prerequisite to the destination... This has been the truth of my story and whilst I am not proclaiming to be any better than anyone else, I know for certain that I am destined for greatness.

The journey for me has not been easy but with a focus on purposeful living I am one who is determined to never allow regret to be a victor in my story. I am passionate, compassionate, loving and im not afraid to take actions and words to let others know they are loved. I care deeply for other people, and I am empathic in nature therefore I often form connections beyond just the surface level.

Whilst I am naturally caring never mistake my kindness for weakness. I am fierce and confident in my ability to win any wars that people may wage against me. In necessity I will be ruthless, strategic and calculative in pursuit of the defence and protection of myself and those I love and care for.

They say that in life there are no limits and the only limits are the ones we place on ourselves so know that every single day I do what it takes for the progression of myself this empire and my family. I have sacrificed countless times and have been rewarded countless more.

I know that with God by my side every battle I fight is made easier and every victory won is sweeter.

LIFE Experience

1.

Born in the UK to J. Mclean and E. Mclean in 1989. Growing up in Kent Tanya experienced the diversity of suburban life. 

Tanya excelled academically in primary and secondary education graduating at the top of her class, and moving onto the prospects of drama school she entered further education. Tanya had a change of heart by the time she completed further education and went straight into the world of work. The prospects of acting no longer appealed in the same way instead she wanted to pursue something in Psychotherapy or Psychiatry.

Tanya's Job was working at South London Christian College  where she stayed for 4years before wanting to return to education where she ended up going on to gain her Counselling qualification.

She became a Committee Member for the COG7Day Youth Ministry quite early as it was recognised how much of an impact she had with the young people and others wanted to nurture these skills in a productive way.

Tanya joined IPD enterprise as a Counsellor, mentor and Events Co-ordinator  as her skills were recognised and utilised and encouraged.

She was given a place at the table of icons, and earnt the position as a Prime of the Ent through the way she was able to carry herself and command respect from others.  

Tanya branched out and made new contacts, where she began speaking at conferences across the country. 

She started a Counselling and holistic health company called Heart2Heart supporting youth from deprived homes and offering her services for free.

Tanya wanted more experience in the mental health area and got a job as a Mental Health Recovery worker with Rethink and was quickly promoted to working on the Syrian Vulnerable Persons Resettlement Scheme .

2 years later she expanded her own company and re-named it Motiv8 Ent. 

She progressed and became the director of Emerged Ltd now known as Infinity Alliance Ltd alongside Dwayne Burrell and has continued to expand within mentoring and services in health. 

In the pursuit of more knowledge she completed a degree in Social work and was employed by Social services where her reputation is still spoken about.

Tanya is now a practicing Social worker and continues to run Infinity Alliance.

“Walking in purpose on purpose” This is my mantra. Life is a reflection of the purposed actions we take. Each action should be deliberate and careful to reflect the version of yourself you wish to be. I choose to make this a daily proclamation to myself so that I do not forget that time is not something to be wasted but utilised meaningfully.

I like to say that ”Perfection is a version of beauty that an another person sees in you” Therefore I ensure that my best self can be seen at all times.

“I can do all things through Christ that strengthens me”. Philippians 4;13 -Not a day goes by that I do not remind myself that I am who I am because of my creator. My strength reflects my beliefs.

And lastly “If I could spend the time to teach my body that which my mind conceives then I myself would become impossible” #Levidiers – This lesson has built my self-perseverance and resilience as a person who started with no real identity or idea of my own capabilities, but now I do not allow life or its challenges to constrain me. I can be the impossible.
