What it means to be Al’She Ahd
Al She’Ahd are a sect of fierce warrior Queens of the Ent Empire said to have been present to help lay every brick since the family of Ent was born until now. They are the most trusted of the Ent empire outside the primes and are said to be one of the foundational governing institutions in Levidian society.
The Al She’Ahd is about safety, they exist in a space where they are secure and safe in positions, relationships, trust, and reward for sacrifice. Its about power found in unity, independence loyalty, sisterhood and comfort. Leadership, security, vulnerability and calculated submissiveness. “It’s not about me, it’s about everyone else”
To be accepted into the Ent empire in itself is an amazingly rare and difficult feat, much less to ascend to the position of the table of Ent so to then ascend to the title of Al She’Ahd is next to impossible. The Al She’Ahd's position in the Ent is one symbolising unrivalled trust, respect, and adoration earned by taking many actions that has resulted in your character being unquestionable when it comes to your capabilities, focuses, commitment effectiveness and goals of and within the Ent.
If for no other reason but the level of trust you have to generate to even be considered, not to mention the physical, emotional and psychological capabilities you have to exhibit to get to that level it is given the highest respect.
It is said that pursuing the position can be so challenging that it makes even the strongest of individuals question if they even want it anymore and eventually giving up leaving the Al She’Ahd to be populated by only those with the capacity to be the best with the victory of winning Al She’Ahd being won as a reward of unrivalled determination endurance and grit.
The journey is difficult but it pays off because once you truly feel what it is to be Al She’Ahd it’s a feeling of security, value and safety you would sacrifice for almost nothing else in the world. “Nothing worth having comes easy in this life” “the value in the achievement is because not everyone has what it takes to achieve it”. This testament of character is one of the reasons why the position of Al She’Ahd is so significant sacred and treasured.
Mission
The Al She’Ahd institution was created by the first Prime of Ent Dwayne Burrell as both a statement and a challenge. The statement to those at large was beware for they are of a quality and capability incomparable to most others, they are more than beauty, more than talent and brains, they are also deadly. The challenge was to the Al She’Ahd, A true Al She’Ahd will prove me right, all others are simply emulations and copies. I believe you are a true Al She’Ahd, show me if I’m right.

The Al She’Ahd institution was made as a statement of The Ents stance on how we view value respect and treat women. They are not weak and defenceless people who sit around waiting for someone to do for them in fact sometimes the women are the real kings of the Ent.
They go out and hunt and fight the wars which has made them strong and powerful in their own right. They are a statement of what men and women can do when they work together in balance with comfortability in their positions, roles and responsibilities. They are protectors as they are protected, they are vulnerable and secure.
Vision
However, the creation of it was also in recognition of the women who helped hand in hand to build the Ent empire and to ensure their contributions as women, as people would be immortalised and respected and represented henceforth moving forward. Always respected; never to be forgotten or dissipate.

Not only was it there to secure their power but also to secure the Ent empire itself. Those sacred positions are also the most influential ones in terms of resources that can be given. Those positions can only be filled by the very best most trustworthy and capable. him giving the Al She’Ahd these essential tools meant they would always have a day and a foothold in how the ent is governed and the direction it takes. Therefore their power would always remain unquestionable.

By Making them instrumental to and putting them at centre of it he also created a failsafe to ensure he always had people he would need to consult convince and listen to so as to not himself go unchecked or to take actions he hasn’t properly thought through therefore making mistakes.

And as his counsel and consultants He ensured their institutions was recognised an important of an institution as the primes. Infact a prime cannot Ascend to lead in the Ent without the explicit approval and support of the Al She’Ahd as Dwayne ensured their institution controlled, finances, passwords and access, legalities, people and networks, knowledge and resources across the Ent Empire, all essential things that a person would need in order to successfully lead the Ent. Putting it simply They know where things are that each person needs to get things done and where the keys for those things are kept.

Mission
The Al She’Ahd was people (Women) he believed he could trust with his life and the things he held most sacred in life. He saw through years of continued action they would protect it, respect it and honour it. Dwayne Burrell believed that in many ways women had the capacity and the potential to be more than men. When taught and given a chance they were smarter, more driven, more focused, more loyal, more determined, more dedicated in the things they truly believed in and had the ability to endure and maintain until achievement. The Al She’Ahd were the women who proved him right in this belief and he loved them for it. They were agents who once developed never failed. They built the Ent empire with him brick by brick, fought every battle and was present for every victory.
Due to their position and nature Dwayne recognised that they could be targets. Whether for opportunist, or weak men who seek to conquer strong women so that they may convince others that they are valuable or strong. Strength in its nature invites others to test it and The Al She’Ahd nor him would be found lacking or wanting. Levidians Especially Al She’Ahd is not victim or prey. To this End he set about creating a rigorous training programme for the Al She’Ahd He made it his mission to ensure the Al She’Ahd were trained daily. Starting with the mind, facing harsh truths and cold realities and rising through them, breaking often so that they may learn to put themselves back together like he did. Their soul, who are they, what is their purpose, what fuels them drive them and determines their actions and potential and why, what defined them. Body, strength, skill, actions, movement. Every Al She’Ahd became a force to be reconnned with.
Vision
Though this can be said about joining the levidiers overall. Becoming Al She’Ahd your life changes, the limitations you faced before are no longer there, the restrictions you thought you had dissapear, your mindset changes, the way you see yourself and carry yourself changes, your focuses and priorities aims and aspirations changes, things become easier to deal with and handle and loads become lighter. You develop a fighters mentality and overcomer expectations. Your perceptions and wider and your instructs are sharper as you recognise dangers you never saw before as you now have responsibilities you never had before like keeping the people around you safe. Actions you once took carelessly you no longer take as you now recognise why they were careless. You are awaken to the reality that many people have no power so your instinct becomes in every situation how to attain and secure as much as possible. You approach things from logic and objectivity which to others may at times appear cold but yet they come to rely on you in times of need as you are always effective and successful.
The truth is to be Al She’Ahd; like prime one has to give up various other aspects of their lives and many many people can’t make these sacrifice. They can’t leave behind the old to access the new as the new is unknown and is no guarantee while the old is comfortable, it’s what you know even if it’s not what you want. This is in itself another testament as to why the individuals that makes up the Al She’Ahd are so well respected and sacred, their very existence is a testament to their bravery and determination. They walk forward into the unknown despite not being certain what will happen because they recognise that their is no real choice and that is part of what makes th powerful, their is no choice but to succeed because failure means staying in their position or facing oblivion, they can only succeed because the option to fail is not an option too much depends on it.
Mission
Upon joining the Al She’Ahd people are told a story, it’s of a dog chasing a cat. The dog is bigger faster stronger than the Cat but yet despite its greatest effort the cat escapes. Later on someone asks the Cat how it’s possible, the cat replied simple, the dog was running for a meal, if I escape he will eventually find another one, but I I was running for my life and if I lose this one there Is no guarantee of another one. So despite my limitations I ran faster, I was stronger, I was smarter than that dog. And that is the position of the primes and the Al She’Ahd too many things depends on them so the option to fail isn’t available and that makes them strong.
Very few are brave enough to go into the unknown in the hopes for a brighter day, a level of prepared to lose with no certainty of winning. being Al She’Ahd means being around the core team, being at the forefront of all things such as businesses, missions, endeavours, training takes up time, so does learning, building a relationship and a bond means being present and rising and falling and rising again together. It’s going through the battles the motions and the ups and downs.
He trusted them and taught them to trust themselves, their skills and in each other. But also to be cautious.
Regardless of him creating it the women in the Al She’Ahd had to earn it. They did this through their training in all manner of skills and knowledge as well as in their results. Their success in their endeavours built within him a that they can survive and thrive in any situation or circumstance. Vision
The Al She’Ahd developed with subconscious influences from the Dora milaje of black panther comics as growing up Dwayne would read comic books as he planned and plotted his future in this world. Later still with more research he discovered the Agoje warriors and various other people throughout history. He also utilised Elements of the Caribbean Maroon tribe in particular Nanny as inspiration for how they move and act.

Dwayne’s belief about The Al She’Ahd was proven over time to be correct time and time again. When he fell from Covid the Al She’Ahd ran in to protect him and ended up alongside his mother saving his life. During his sickness they had to hold him up over a bucket in order for him to do various business, they cleaned up after him, without malice fear or scorn and they do the same thing for each other. They slept outside the hospital when he was there as Covid rules didn’t permit them to enter but they wanted to be close. When he had issues with immigration and he needed large sums of money the Al She’Ahd generated it without expecting anything in return. One of them taught him to drive and he taught the rest. Their Bond is sacred and treasured each Al She’Ahd so unique but each of them so special in their own way, in general and to him.
Mission
In summary the Al She’Ahd are a group of warrior women both in the ancient and modern sense. They sit at the top of the Ent empire showing in their own unique way some of the best things the Ent empire has to offer and what a Levidian really should be. They are gifted, smart, talented and capable and their bond of unity with the prime of the Ent is part of the bedrock that makes up the Ent empire. They are leaders, summoners, spiritualists and guides who also run and lead in businesses, finances and various other instrumental facets in the Ent. They were preceded and likely subconsciously inspired by the Agoje women, the maroons, and The Dora Milaje of black panther media. And they at times acts as agents and formal representatives of the Ent. Without their support a prime cannot Ascend or hold the title and their control of various instrumental facets means no one can hold the title without their support securing their own position.
They are strategic and tactical in their thinking and options which was honed by years of having to problem solve in various aspects of life for living and survival. An Al She’Ahd can never truly be conquered by a man because after surviving me it’s very unlikely for them to be fooled or manipulated easily or for long, though in moments if they see worthiness they may choose to strategically submit in which they have my blessing. But if truly an Al She’Ahd was conquered then I know this to be true; they were never a true Al She’Ahd in the first place because a true Al She’Ahd would quicker destroy it all than let themselves or the organisation be judged as basic, emotional or bring fourth disgrace. We value it and each other too much.
A warning to Al She’Ahd
Valuable women would always be objects of conquests to men, so that in conquering you those men may grow to feel more powerful. Men will seek to conquer you in order to embarrass me or to make themselves feel like they have taken or stolen something sacred from me because I made the choice to put you above. I made the statement that you are valued, that you are sacred and as you have seen they can’t help themselves but to attempt to disrespect that. Whether to embarrass me, attempt to boost their ego or social prestige by proving they can have you if they want or to somehow delude themselves into believing that if they do somehow get you they have somehow one upped me or made themselves superior as you value what they are offering or time with them more than you value yourselves, what you’ve got, what you’re a part of or me. They have this innate need to feel powerful because inside they recognise they aren’t.
They will also seek to do this to prove I was wrong about you that your not special at all, that you are the same as any basic woman who they believe is a slave to her impulses and emotions. They will do this despite the fact you have much to lose but in the grand scheme they they have nothing to lose 1 cos they often have nothing, and 2 because they wint be judged like a woman will, but they have things they will gain therefore it’s in their best interest to try on the off chance they succeed. A man gets a pat on the back and an ego trip for getting something out of his league. However the fact they are ok with you losing what you have worked for, what you value, what you have invested for the sake of their ego tells me they are not the rights ones. Choose who you give your time and self to wisely. If you are as worthy as I believe for the fact I have stated it to the world then you choosing him will raise his status. Ensure he recognises the value in you you should have by now recognised in yourself. A man who will let you sacrifice what you have built and value for his pride, ego or bragging rights is not right ones. The right one will seek to add without taking away, will seek to help better secure your security than ask you to sacrifice his. He will be secure himself so you can add further seceuroty with your presence. You are women in a man’s world but if you can rule your heart you can rule the world. You are Al She’Ahd
