The Al She'Ahd are a group of women in the Ent empire who are responsible for securing the Ent, it's resources and it's members. They were formed together in respect and recognition for all that each of them did and continued to do to create, build and empower the Ent empire. Also out of respect and recognition for their exceptional skill, capability and achievements while doing so.
The Al She'Ahden women are trusted without question. To even be considered for a position of Al She'Ahd a person would have had to have proven themselves through the test of actions and sacrifice more than 60 times just to be considered for an Al She'Ahd position. The Al She'AHd is one of the three governing institutions of the Ent empire, Alongside the Primes and the Cruix, In the trinity of Ent they represent the spiritual aspect . They also serve the purposes of either empowering or limiting an individuals power within the Ent as without the resources the Al She'Ahd women guards a person cannot properly lead or govern. Therefore for there to be a prime one must have the respect and support of the Al She'Ahd Women. The Al She'Ahd are taught strictly in many subjects and disciplines in order to never be be caught unawares, these range from physical things such as outdoor survival, subjects such as psychology, Business and finance.
The primary focus of the Al She'Ahden women is a focus on trust and progress through unity. Though each are very cable of acting independently they recognise as women the strength that can be found in unity. Therefore they come together as a force to protect and keep the Ent empire running.
Al She'Ahd is the highest position one can attain in Ent society outside of Primeh Et Impereh and equalled only by Sah'Gem. They have full authority and their decisions can only be Challenged by a prime (though they typically discuss things with primes before making final decisions). Their interests and shares are higher than the average member and so is their responsibility.

Govern yourself accordingly, you have earned your might, your respect, your authority, and still you continue to do so daily. It bears no consequence who does not see, as you have elevated yourself to a position beyond their reach. In many situations people have to look up to see Gods grace, those who cannot may never have the pleasure of truly seeing you or feeling your embrace.
I have named you, “blacks ravens and Persian Cats, vipers” who lay silently planning perfect moments before attack. Alongside me you have fought many wars and won so you must know by now, the weapons of a woman is not the same as a man, you should know well the gift of finesse and force but the value of a well executed plan. You are taught if opportunity doesn't come; make it. If they shut the door on you; break it, and offer the media no stories just a well placed smile even if you have to fake it. What to Aim for
Al She’Ahd are a sect of fierce warrior Queens of the Ent Empire said to have been present to help lay every brick since the family of Ent was born until now. They are the most trusted of the Ent empire outside the primes and are said to be one of the foundational Governing institutions in Levidian society.
The Al She’Ahd is about safety, they exist in a space where they are secure and safe in positions, relationships, trust, and reward for sacrifice. Power found in unity, independence loyalty, sisterhood and comfort. Leadership, security, Vulnerability and calculated submissiveness. “It’s not about me, it’s about everyone else” .
